Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Service Disruption: If the OrcaUI.com website remains inaccessible for more than 30 consecutive days.
- Misrepresentation: If the content available to members significantly deviates from what was advertised or promised.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed Purchases: Active member subscriptions where payment was successfully processed.
- Renewals: Member-initiated subscription renewals with confirmed payment.
- Duplicate Payments: Multiple payments made voluntarily by the customer.
- Auto-Renewals: Charges due to un canceled subscriptions or failure to disable auto-renewal.
- Tier Changes: Upgrades or downgrades to membership levels initiated by the customer.
