Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

  1. Service Disruption: If the OrcaUI.com website remains inaccessible for more than 30 consecutive days.
  2. Misrepresentation: If the content available to members significantly deviates from what was advertised or promised.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued for:

  1. Completed Purchases: Active member subscriptions where payment was successfully processed.
  2. Renewals: Member-initiated subscription renewals with confirmed payment.
  3. Duplicate Payments: Multiple payments made voluntarily by the customer.
  4. Auto-Renewals: Charges due to un canceled subscriptions or failure to disable auto-renewal.
  5. Tier Changes: Upgrades or downgrades to membership levels initiated by the customer.
