2. Premium: Same content access as Basic tier. Validity period: 1 year.
3. Pro: Full access to all content including Resources category. Validity period: 1 year.

Subscription Model

1. Recurring billing with auto-renewal
2. Cancel anytime via Membership Billing Portal
3. No refunds after successful subscription. Please cancel promptly if discontinuing service.

Payment Processing

1. Secured via PayPal & Stripe payment gateways
2. Charges appear as "OrcaUI-Buy" or "OrcaUI-Subscribe"
3. Failed payments trigger 3 automatic retries

Content Access

1. Instant access upon successful payment
2. Content protected via WordPress Simple Membership plugin
3. Tier upgrades/downgrades apply immediately

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel before next billing cycle to avoid charges
2. No refunds for already processed payments
3. Expired memberships terminate access immediately
